Kleine möblierte Wohnung mit einem ca. 15m2 Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Vorraum. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Bett, Küche mit Herd, kleiner Ofen und Kühlschrank so wie Waschmaschine ist vorhanden). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß ist sehr hell und wird im Sommer auch nicht zu heiß und im Winter dank der Heizung auch angenehm warm. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt in Weimar. Zwischen Herder- und Theaterplatz verläuft die Rittergasse, die vom Verkehr wenig befahren und ruhig ist. Man ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten beim Goetheplatz und kann von dort überall mit dem Bus weiter fahren. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 10 Minuten zur Bauhaus-Universität. Da ich ein Auslandssemester von Juli 2026 bis Januar 2027 mache wird die Wohnung nur temporär vergeben. Besichtigungen sind vor Ort nach Absprache möglich. Am liebsten wäre mir eine Nutzung für den gesamten Zeitraum. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, es gibt Geschirr, Bettwäsche und genug Platz für Kleidung und Anderes.
