The two remaining rooms are rented by 3 girls, a total of 4-5 girls will live in the apartment. Double room (with two beds) for 1-2 girls, in a 3-room apartment in a modern, quiet and guarded housing estate at ul. Górczewska 200 (right next to the Bemowo Metro station/subway station). In addition to three rooms, the apartment has 2 bathrooms and a large and bright fully equipped kitchen, and a large spacious hall. The room is equipped with two beds, two desks, a large wardrobe and bookshelves. Very good public transport, right next to the Bemowo metro station, trams and buses. Inside the estate there are grocery stores, a pub, a cafe, bank branches, a pharmacy and a hairdressers. There is a supermarket, many restaurants, bars and shops approximately 100-200 m away. Great communication point (metro, tram, bus) with good access to the center. Good access to schools, including: the Military University of Technology (WAT) , University of Technology (Politechnika Warszawska), the Academy of Economics and Humanities (AEH), the Academy of Fine Arts (ASP), the University of Warsaw (UW), Collegium Civitas, and other schools. One of the tenants may also have a garage space in the underground garage at their disposal (for an additional fee). Please note that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect others' right to rest at home. People do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep shared parts of the flat clean .
