Furnished to a high standard, it leaves nothing to be desired for a successful stay. Parking is possible directly on the property and is free of charge. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a cosy king-size double bed, a wardrobe and a 55-inch Smart TV. The larger bedroom is furnished with a queen-size double bed, a king-size double bed and a wardrobe. The spacious living/dining area invites you to relax on a generous sofa. This can be folded down into another cosy bed for 2 people if required. The dining table offers enough space for 12 people. There is also a fully equipped workstation (screen, mouse and keyboard) in the living/dining area. 65-inch Smart TV, Xbox360 and Netflix offer the perfect relaxation after a stressful day. The bright kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Our coffee bar with a modern Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine and a wide selection of coffee and tea is the perfect way to start the day. You can spend a royal night on the gallery with direct access to the balcony (fantastic view). In addition to a king-size double bed, a cozy sofa bed - which can also accommodate 2 more people if required - and an electric decorative fireplace invite you to linger. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and two washbasins with illuminated mirrors. In addition to high-quality towels and a hairdryer, we also provide you with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner as well as some cosmetics. There is also a guest WC. Are you planning a longer stay? The flat is also perfectly equipped for this: There is a washing machine, two tumble dryers and an iron and ironing board. We also cater for the little ones: in addition to a cot, we provide a bed rail and a high chair.
