There is grocery away 2 minutes and the well known Brunnenmarkt, where you can buy fresh vegetables and meat. The farmacy is across the street. You have restaurants and all neccessary shops for any daily needs right here. The flat is 125 m2 with big comfortable rooms, on 3rd floor, roof top terrace, no elevator. The appartement is very generously arranged, high ceilings with big windows on both sides, 3 big rooms, plus a 4th smaller atelier like room, which will stay reserved for myself, a kitchen, bathroom and extra toilet, a generous hallway. Nice to sit in the evenings on the roof top terrace and enjouy your meal in the open.
