Description

If you send a booking request, please write a bit about who you are and what you do in Vienna. Thank you! Several small rooms of approx. 6–10 m2 are available in a newly founded 4-room shared apartment. The apartment is 77 m2 in total and also has a small shared living room. The rooms are quiet, face the courtyard, and have a garden view / nice open view. The small rooms have loft beds, which makes good use of the space. The rent is approx. €300 for the first 3 months feom the 1. of June, as the shared apartment is newly founded and not fully furnished yet. After that, the rent will be approx. €380. Location: Very good location directly at U3 Simmering / Simmering train station, about 2 minutes on foot. There is a Billa supermarket and a tram stop directly in front of the building. Nearby you will also find a shopping center, restaurants, McDonald’s, Burger King, and other shops. flat-share-live: The shared apartment is currently being newly set up. I am looking for people who like it, tidy, quiet and easy-going. A respectful atmosphere and considerate living together are important. I don’t live in the apartment myself, but I live in the same building. I manage the flat share and take care of practical matters, from small household issues to the cleaning plan. There is also a (hidden) group for announcements and organization. Cleaning is done on a rotating schedule: each resident is responsible for one week and then has two to three weeks off until their turn comes again. If people are interested, I might organize small hikes or bicycle trips in and around Vienna every now and then. The garden can be used by all residents. A bicycle storage room is also available. The furnishing will still be completed and should be finished by the end of July. Feel free to message me if you are interested, and I can send more information/photos or arrange a viewing.
