The flat is very light and has a big and spacious kitchen and a huge living room, where you can kick back with your flatmates, watch TV and cook together. With a comfortable bed, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace, washing-machine, hair drier, and so on, you will have everything you need and more. Everything (heating, electricity, internet etc.) is included in the price, so you can move in directly without worrying about anything. The area around Alsergrund is beautiful and the Volksoper is right next to it. The neighborhood provides plenty of shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport and the very city center (U6 station 50m away). Great location and connection with public transport: U6 "Währinger Straße Volksoper" is only 1m walk away from the flat. That takes you to: - 5min to the City Center - 10 min to UNI Wien - 25 min to TU Wien The shared flat (5 rooms) and the area are ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people and to have a great time in Vienna.
