With its beautiful churches and old buildings, the district is perfectly preserved and invite for long walks or dinners at one of its nice places. The flat itself is newly renovated (new bath, new kitchen, new everything), very light and has a big and spacious kitchen, where you can kick back with your flatmates and cook together. It is in 300m walking distance to the U3 and U4 stop "Landstraße" which takes you anywhere in the city in only a couple of minutes. If you are planning to get a bike, there is also a space for it on the property. With a comfortable bed, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace, washing-machine, hair drier and so on, you will have everything you need and more. Everything (heating, electricity, internet etc.) is included in the price, so you can move in directly without worrying about anything. Connection to public transport: The neighborhood provides plenty of shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport and the very city center. Within a very short walking distance (150m) you will find the Metro Stop U6 “Thaliastraße” and also 3 Tram lines that take you everywhere in the city. You will reach: -The very City Center in 10 min -The Uni Wien in 15 min -The TU Wien in 20 min The shared flat (4 rooms) and the area are ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people and to have a great time in Vienna.
