Located closed to the Franz-Josef-railway station (3 minutes walk) with tramways to all directions and underground U4 and U6 within 10 minutes walk or 1 stop away by tramway. Shopping for everyday need is in the Franz-Josef-railway station open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Many restaurants and cultural activities in the neighborhood. Within 15-20 minutes you are in the General Hospital or at the University of Vienna. Some University institutes are within 5 minutes walk. The living room has an open layout for its living and sleeping area and kitchen. There's a large couch with a foldout bed in front of the TV, a desk in front of three ailed large windows, and a dining table in the kitchen area. In the bathroom you'll find a large shower unit and a washing and drying machine. There's also a separate storage closet off the main hallway and a common storage area in the building for bicycles or scooters. Tenants have access to the shady building's back garden as well. The kitchen is equipped with electric induction hotplate, microwave oven and grill, refrigerator with freeze compartment, coffee and tea machine, egg cooker, dishes and cutlery, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron-table An elevator brings you to the apartment in the 4th floor. It is bright by a 3 ailed window to the west side with a nice view to the Lichtentaler church and reaching to the quiet Badgasse with only few local traffic.. This apartment is located near several nice restaurants. There's a Billa grocery store down the street as well as Asian grocery stores. The Donaukanal (Danube Canal) is just a short walk away and the park along its banks is a lovely option for a relaxing stroll. Public traffic connections: 3 minutes walk to Franz-Josef-railway station, where trains depart to Lower Austria. In front of the station are the stops of tramways D, 5, 33 connecting to the center, around the center, to the 2nd and 20th district and to Nußdorf and Grinzing (Recreation areas in Vienna woods and wine taverns called Heuriger). The Underground U4 and U6 are reached within 5-10 minutes walk or 1 stop by tramway. Nightbus N38 stops in front of the FJ-station. Within 15-20 minutes you are in the City Center or in the General Hospital or at the University of Vienna. center
