The apartment has a modern bathroom , small kitchen, Samsung smart LED TV with Youtube, high speed wifi with unlimited download making it the ideal choice for business or pleasure. Its a quiet house so please be respectful of the neighbours. No parties are allowed and the noise should be down after 10pm. The studio is located in district Landstraße, Viennas popular art district which offers different cafes, restaurants, bars, art galleries and much more. The location is ideal being only a minutes walk away from famous Hundertwasserhaus. Many of Vienna's famous sights are just a short walk away. Big supermarkets are located within a three minute walk from the house. This studio is perfect to explore the city cause Vienna's U-bahn (subway) network is right at your doorstep: - 1 minutes walk to tram line 1 stop Hetzgasse - 10 minutes walk to U3 subway stop Wien Mitte Landstraße - 10 minutes to Urania, Donaukanal - 15 minutes to Stephansplatz, City The monthly rental price is excluding the usage of electricity and internet. The electricity costs in the winter is about 150 euros per month and in the summer it will be around 50 euros per month. internet 30€ Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
