The fully equipped kitchenette includes a two-burner hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster, along with all the cookware and tableware you need to prepare meals in. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. Bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided on arrival. Guest Access: Self check-in is available from 5 pm using a secure key box. Detailed access instructions and the door code are sent automatically the day before your arrival. The studio is located on the ground floor with no stairs, making it easy to reach with luggage. A private parking space is not included, but free street parking is available nearby and the Arènes public car park is a short walk away. The Arènes metro station (lines A and B) is approximately 800 metres away, giving direct access to Capitole, Jean Jaurès and the main train station Matabiau. The Garonne riverbanks and Prairie des Filtres park are reachable within a 20-minute walk or a short tram ride. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is 20 minutes away by car. Getting Around: Welcome to L'Azur. You will find the key box at the entrance; the code is in your check-in instructions. Inside, the studio is arranged as a single open space. The double bed faces the TV, and the armchair sits beside the window for natural light. The kitchenette is along the left wall with everything you need for cooking and coffee. The bathroom is through the door at the back. Fresh linen and towels are laid out on the bed, and a welcome booklet on the table lists our house rules, Wi-Fi password and local recommendations.
