Depuis l'arrêt "Mazades", vous avez 19 minutes de bus (Ligne 27) pour accéder à la gare Vous êtes à 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro "Minimes-Claude Nougaro" pour aller à l'université. Dans un rayon d'1 km maximum vous avez tout ce qu'il faut : Lidl, passion primeur, poissonnerie, carrefour, pharmacie, jardin public, banque, théâtre... La colocation se compose d'un hall d'entrée, accédant à une pièce de vie agréable équipée d'un canapé, table basse, télévision, rangements, très utile pour les étudiants.
