Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Feuersee (10 min zu Fuß) in Stuttgart-West. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung und leicht zu Fuß erreichbar: U-Bahn (3 min), Bus (3 min), S-Bahn (10 min). Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bist Du in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt, zu Fuß sind es ca. 20-25 Minuten. Alle wichtigen Dinge des täglichen Lebens (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés, Friseure, Ärzte, Post, Kino, Spielplätze, Kindergärten, französische Bäckerei/Feinkost etc.) sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 3-10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet alles, um direkt einzuziehen und ist perfekt geeignet für Singles, Paare oder Familien oder WGs von bis zu drei Personen. Vier vollmöblierte Zimmer auf ca 73 m2, bestehend aus: 1 Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Arbeitstisch und Multimedia-Einrichtung (inc Beamer und Leinwand) 1 Esszimmer mit Garnitur und Fernseher 1 Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett und Kleiderschrank 1 Arbeitszimmer/Hobbyraum mit Arbeitstisch und kleiner Fitnessecke 1 Toilette + Bad mit Badewanne 1 Küche mit Arbeitsflächen und Elektrogeräten 1 Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit Alles weitere kann den Bildern entnommen werden Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über ein Smart Home System von Bosch und kann bei Bedarf gerne mitbenutzt werden! Um die gesamte Einrichtung abzusichern, wird eine Kaution von 3000 € festgelegt, die bei mangelfreier Übergabe selbstverständlich zurückerstattet wird. In der monatliche Miete in Höhe von 1.378,79 € sind sämtliche Kosten enthalten. Diese bestehen aus 936,89 Kaltmiete und 441,90 € Nebenkosten (inklusive Strom, Gas, Internet, GEZ...) Gesucht werden ruhige Zwischenmieter, die über eine pflegevolle und verantwortungsvolle Einstellung verfügen.
