I lived here before I got married and this is a great studio for young professionals and couples. The metro station, "Mladost 1", is next to my building and just a few stops from the airport, business park, or the centre of Sofia. My flat is compact, comfortable and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, and is separate from the sleeping/living area. The sleeping/living area has a dining table for 4 which can be used for working as well. There is plenty of storage space. The bed sleeps 2 people and can be pushed into the wall to be used as a couch during the day or when entertaining. The building is secure -I will give you a chip to enter the building and to use the elevator. Parking is free in the areas around the building. My neighbourhood has everything you need. The metro station is next to my building as well as several bus stops. The airport, business park, and the centre of Sofia are only a few stops away. There is a mini market next to my entrance and one of Sofia's best farmers' markets across from my entrance. Pizzeria Prado, behind my building, has nice food and an inviting garden. I enjoy traveling, skiing, cooking, and meeting new people. In addition to this flat, I rent out two other flats in Sofia, four flats in Bansko, a house and a one room bedroom flat on the Black Sea, and a flat in Tbilisi, Georgia.
