Este apartamento es tranquilo y acogedor. Tiene bastante luz dado a que es un apartamento que da esquina y tiene todas las ventanas para fuera. Se compone de una cocina (con frigorífico, microondas, lavadora...); salón; un cuarto de baño (con ducha); y tres habitaciones. Las tres habitaciones cuentan con cama individual. Es un piso antiguo y muy básico. Este piso es perfecto para un grupito de 3 estudiantes que buscan algo agradable y económico. Descripción del barrio: El apartamento se encuentra en la barriada de La Macarena, una de las más antiguas de Sevilla, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Está a pocos minutos andando de lugares claves, tanto culturales como de ocio: la calle Feria, la zona de ocio y fiesta de la Alameda, la Cartuja, la catedral y la giralda, el palacio de las Dueñas, el hospital de La Macarena, el río... Además, (al estar situado cerca de la Ronda de Capuchinos) tiene muchas conexiones con medios de transporte, por lo que es fácil desplazarse a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. Es un barrio tranquilo, aunque no le faltan representativos bares y lugares a visitar, como la iglesia de San Luis de los Franceses o el Palacio de los Marqueses de la Algaba... El precio corresponde a una estancia estimada de 5 meses para una sola persona.
