The entire property is very big and spacious, but it will be possible to have a special price for a big or little group, party and family reunion, smart and easy weekend with friends and children, or exclusive events. The price does not include heat and electricity. Located on top of a hill a few kilometers from Florence Cathedral. The villa is situated only 8 km from the heart of Florence, near the exclusive villas of Florence like Villa Petraia, Villa Reale, Accademia della Crusca. The highway to Firenze Nord, Prato, and Pistoia is very easy to reach. You can reach the heart of Florence in only 5 minutes by train, from a little train station situated at only 3,2 km from the villa. I can suggest a driver who will help you with transfers and an amazing tour around the Chianti area, the Maremma, Pisa, Volterra, and the Cinque Terre. "Other" additional required cost refers to the touristic fee, which is 4 euros per person for the first 7 days. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
