The living room also has a comfortable double sofa bed and a desk with chair for remote work. Upstairs is the kitchenette, brand new and fully equipped: oven, 4-ring hob, fridge, microwave grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and other utensils. On this floor is the double bedroom with a sunny balcony with beautiful views of the promenade and from where you can see the sea and the mountains, the balcony is ideal for breakfast outdoors and relax or read. The spacious bathroom has a shower. The house has 1 parking space in the private parking of the residential. The area of Botanico is the preferred by the tourists who visit us in Puerto de La Cruz, for its tranquility and access to all services, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, clinics, walks, viewpoints and proximity to the beach.
