Cookware fully included. Dining table with chair A spacious bathroom with a full bathtub Fast WiFi and all basic furnishings for an easy long-stay! The studio is quiet and peaceful, close to nature with occasional local wildlife from Honda Valley Park. It’s also a quick walk to SBCC, the beach, downtown cafés, shops, and restaurants. No car is needed, the bus stop is also 1 block away. There are bike rentals within 2 blocks from this property. Perfect for traveling professionals, students, and visitors looking for a clean, private, and comfortable space for 30 days or longer. All deposits are fully refundable if returned in good condition. Overnight stays are $50 per night additional.
