The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics and essentials, towels, sheets, a king-sized mattress, an Alexa voice-activated Amazon firestick, a hallway closet, and vanity closet areas. Tub and shower included., Private 1-bd with community 2nd and 3rd-floor balconies (8 am- 9 pm). Walking distance to the beach... across the street, walk along the fence to the ramp and then your toes are in the sand!** Laundry 2 floors up. Trash receptacle area in the corner of the parking lot. 1-assigned parking spot in lot at rear. Please note: - Entry codes are provided upon request 24 hours before arrival. - Early check or late check-ins and outs may be accommodated. - Do not park in front of our neighbors’ wooden garages or in private spots that say no parking. - The host has many other places and same in the same building! - Pets: $150 pet fee. please inquire and see additional rules for more information. - The cleaning fee is for a basic cleaning and additional fees may apply. - The water, gas, and trash are paid utilities. The limit on the internet is 1,280 gigs. If you go over the limit, please let the host know beforehand. - We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies.
