This is a stand alone unit: it's your yard, storage, and washer/dryer! The house can be partially, fully, or unfurnished- let's discuss your needs. Note: this house is not huge, but it will be all yours! It is ideal for an individual or couple. One car garage-storage unit included, which is where you have your own, private washer/dryer and lots of room for storage or even an office space with a bit of touch up. We don't have vehicle access to the garage, however. Parking is not an issue in this neighborhood. Available August 7th, 2025. Nota Bene: we are happy to show the casita to qualified applicants.
