The residence is located on the border of Pizarrales and San Bernardo districts, within walking distance to the Campus Miguel de Unamuno, main University Faculties and close to the bus station. The residence offers individual studios (basic, standard and premium) as well as 3-bedroom apartments. There are also common areas, such as a gym, cinema, study areas, several lounges, communal kitchens, laundry room, courtyard and roof-top terrace with a swimming pool. This is the perfect environment to study, rest, socialise and simply enjoy! Booking Process after paying: ✅Complete the admission form (the information must include that of the future resident) and pay the reservation fee of €150 to reserve a place (non-refundable). ✅You must send us the duly completed form and proof of payment corresponding to €150 to our email address. ✅Once the place is confirmed, you can formalize the reservation by signing the contract that we will send you via email and paying the deposit (€800 refundable).
