On the ground floor you will find a large living space of 36 m2 composed of a bright living room with flat screen and a large dining room An open kitchen fully equipped with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, an oven, two microwaves, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a ceramic hob, a hood, a toaster, a kettle On the first floor a laundry room with a large capacity washing machine and a dryer, a gym with an elliptical trainer A cellar to park your bike Room 5 is fully furnished: double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, sheets, pillows, private bathroom, private WC, internet 6.0. It is located on the second floor with a beautiful view on the Cathedral. The rent is 450 euros (excluding charges) one of biggest rooms. The charges are 100 euros and include: electricity, gas, water, internet 6.0, commons cleaning, garbage collecting, garbage tax. No additional costs to be expected. Additional information: - No agency fees! - Individual lease and possibility to book online - Room Eligible to APL - Visale guarantee accepted or Garant me Conditions: - A Rental agreement conform to french law must be signed digitally with Yousign or the booking will be cancelled - You will be asked to provide a copy of a tenant insurance mandatory in France or the booking will be cancelled. If you don't have one I can suggest a french insurance. - Guarantee by housing anywhere must be subscribed - Keys will be distributed by a digital box installed on the doorbell of the residence. Once agreement is signed, the deposit paid, and I have a copy of the tenant insurance, you will receive a code to be able to access the box and get your keys.
