There is 1 bedroom and the bathroom is en-suite with the bedroom. And there is also a private storage space in the basement. The appartment is situated on the 3rd floor and has 2 balconies, at the front living room and at the back kitchen. In 2025 all the windows have been replaced with tripple glass and a sunscreen on the kitchen side. This makes the entire appartment beter isolated against heat/cold and noise from outside. The building is from 1955 and in good condition. Do bear in mind that the appartment can how an overflow of sounds upwards and downwards. This why making a lot of sound/noise after 10PM is not allowed. The price is based an €1995,- for the appartment and €270,- covers the full expenses of water, electricity, gas, heating, internet and television. Rotterdam is a very international oriented city with a lot of students, expats and local Dutch people. Almost everyone here can speak English and it is a very nice and buzzing city to live in.
