This means that very long showers cannot be taken. If you like them, please don’t book here 3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION LOCATION - Cozy studio apartment in a quiet trendy area of Trastevere. - Close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. - the washing machine included in this offer is not inside the studio. It is outside, on the same floor 4. BOOKING INSTRUCTION - To book this apartment, please send a booking request or message including your age, occupation (student or worker), and the institution or company you're affiliated with. - Kindly provide details about your income sources to ensure you can cover the rent and expenses during your stay. - After booking, you will receive my contact details. You might have a reasonable need to ask for information about the apartment or check-in. This must be done exclusively in writing. No phone calls, please. 5. RENTAL RATES - For bookings of less than 30 days, the daily rent for one person is €90, with a minimum stay of 3 days, + cleaning fee. - An additional charge of €5 per day applies for a second person both, for monthly rent and for daily rent - a legal contract and the establishment of residence in this property will result in a 10% increase in the total rent cost, including utilities. - you can cancel your stay before the scheduled day of check-out, but you must give at least 60 days notice; shorter notice will result into the deposit retention 6. TRANSPORTATION - The nearest trainstation is "Trastevere," located 30 minutes walking away from the apartment. - bus stop to city center are at 10 minuts walking .7. PROCEDURES - Before check-in, you must send a copy of your ID. - the washing machine is not inside the studio, but is located outside, on the same floor 8. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA with subsequent payments directly to the owner. - If you want to know how much you will pay in total (including utilities), you will see on the right of the main page the button "view what you will pay"; push it and you will discover it. 9. ADDITIONAL COSTS - "Other" cost means admininistration cost to be paid to the administrator of the building (I don’t get it). - if for some admin reason you will need the receipts of the utilities and other costs of the apartment, you will only get a statement with a summary of the costss signed by me; 10. DEPOSIT - Your deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio.
