Situato al secondo piano di un elegante edificio con ascensore, entrando nell'appartamento si viene accolti dalla luce che penetrante dalle finestre disposte su tre lati e crea un ambiente caldo e invitante. Il pavimento e’ in rovere a spina di pesce, le porte sono in massello, le finestre hanno doppi vetri ed il riscaldamento e’ autonomo. Ci sono due camere da letto, due bagni (uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia), una cucina completamente attrezzata e un soggiorno-pranzo. La camera da letto più grande ha un letto matrimoniale (180x200 cm) e un armadio (4 ante). La più piccola ha un letto singolo (che può diventare matrimoniale), un armadio e una cassettiera. Entrambe hanno l’aria condizionata e si affacciano su un balcone che guarda su tetti. L'importo mensile si riferisce al periodo che va dal 1 al 31 di ogni mese, salvo diversi accordi. Per conteggio giornaliero, la tariffa calcolata subisce un incremento del 20%.
