It is the only flat on the rooftop level, offering privacy and natural light throughout the day. The terrace functions as an additional outdoor living space and is for your exclusive use. The monthly rate includes utilities and cleaning. A refundable security deposit is required: €1000 for stays of one month or longer, and €500 for shorter stays of approximately two weeks. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay, subject to the apartment being left in good condition.
