Description
This roof-top apartment is located 900m away from the University of Iceland campus and libraries, a very short walk along the pond. It’s also a stones throw away from city hall and central downtown, all the shops, bars, restaurants and public transport (and the domestic airport). I prefer females and musicians or students, and you must keep my plants alive while I ́m gone (it’s a sublet of my room in the apartment). There is one other lo by term renter, female, you share the apartment with. She has her own bedroom and takes care of the internet :)
