The house is one of the new houses in the the old quarter downtown, walkable to everything in the city center, next street to the main street. Within 20 min. walk to the University. The house is on two floors, bedrooms upstairs each with Qeen size bed, big kitchen and nice collective space. garden veranda has greenhouse and jacuzzi. Two bathrooms, the bigger with shower. and bathtub. The grocery store Bonus and the geothermal swimmingpool only 5 min away so is the Bus terminal station at Hlemmur. You will love the pet friendly neighborhood - we have a beautiful Main Coon cat🐈 ❤️ We rent out two rooms for students and have extra small spare room if you get friend or family member visiting for few days without additional cost. Ifyou need to arrive earlier or later, please don't hesitate to be in contact for more info.
