Right around the corner, there are several bus stops, the supermarket, a pharmacy and so many other amenities that make the area one of convenience. Please be advised of the following: - Before the check-in the tenant needs to pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant in case there is no damage to the property. - An additional fee of 200 euros per month applies for bookings with 2 occupants. - The rent includes weekly cleaning of the communal areas. - Bills included up to 30 euros, once this amount is exceeded, the extra amount is divided between all tenants and deducted from the deposit. - It may take up to 30 days for the security deposit to be returned after the check-out date.
