Conveniently located in a detached setting, with upper floors accessible by elevator, this studio offers ease of access. Plus, with a strict no-smoking policy, you can breathe easy knowing your accommodation is smoke-free. Please Note: - A tourist tax of €21 per person is required and will be collected at check-in. - Our apartments do not have a physical reception; all communication is handled online or via cell phone. Check-in will be conducted independently using your mobile phone. - The accommodations do not have washing machines, but a convenient self-service laundry is available in the building (additional charges apply). - One cleaning per month is included in the rent. Additional cleanings are available starting at €25 per service. If needed, we can provide an extra set of sheets and towels for tenants to change and wash themselves. - Parking is available at an additional cost. Guests are provided with an access card, and upon their first entry, they must use the card and proceed to the payment machine to pay the monthly fee. - Guests are allowed for a maximum of 3 nights. - There is a café/restaurant in the building, open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Sundays until 1:00 PM. - There is a gym located nearby.
