Situated in the heart of Center City, within walking distance from many known dining venues, high-end stores, nightlife hot spots, and more. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site fitness center and a Wi-Fi cafe, a panoramic view of beautiful Philadelphia from our roof deck with BBQ area, and a pet-friendly community. LOVE the way YOU live! Payment Schedule: We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 7 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 7 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full. Additional Fee: ***NOTE THAT There will be a 8.5% of Admin fee added to your reservation that will be collected by the Host. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per 5 days stay. Restrictions apply. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.
