Situated in the heart of Center City, within walking distance from many known dining venues, high-end stores, nightlife hot spots, and more. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site fitness center and a Wi-Fi cafe, a panoramic view of beautiful Philadelphia from our roof deck with BBQ area, and a pet-friendly community. LOVE the way YOU live! Payment Schedule: We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 7 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 7 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full. Additional Fee: ***NOTE THAT There will be a 8.5% of Admin fee added to your reservation that will be collected by the Host. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per 5 days stay. Restrictions apply. Chestnut Street is a major historic street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was originally named Wynne Street because Thomas Wynne's home was there. William Penn renamed it Chestnut Street in 1684. It runs east–west from the Delaware River waterfront in downtown Philadelphia through Center City and West Philadelphia. The road crosses the Schuylkill River on the Chestnut Street Bridge.
