Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 2nd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 40m2 apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There's also a desk, perfect for those working remotely. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, complimentary toiletries, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
