This apartment is equipped with: a washing machine, a dishwasher, unlimited high-speed internet access with wifi. Please note: the washing machine is located outside the apartment in a storeroom. The 17th-century building has no elevator and is equipped with: an entry code. The rent includes complimentary home insurance. IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere. Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 2151 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 4302 EUR otherwise The refundable security deposit will be 2151 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 4302 EUR otherwise.
