The Plaisance metro station is just 200m away as the crow flies. This ready-to-live-in 1-bedroom apartment can accommodate you and 1 additional person for a peaceful stay in Paris. Located on the 4th floor with elevator, the building is secured by guard and intercom. Our apartments are all ready-to-live-in and equipped with Wifi, so all you have to do is move in with your suitcases. The apartment is quiet, south-facing and very bright. The apartment is very quiet and well insulated. What's more, there's a supermarket just down the street. The apartment also has a balcony running from the living room to the bedroom, and the shutters are electric. The rent includes complimentary home insurance. IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere. Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 1850 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 3700 EUR otherwise The refundable security deposit will be 1850 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 3700 EUR otherwise. If you want to pay the rent monthly, you will also have to provide documents such as payslips or tax notices showing that you or your guarantor can pay the monthly rent.
