We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION: Bus stop 2 min walking . Tram stop 6 minutes walking Enjoy privacy, in a calm neighbourhood and easy access to the beach which is 10 - 15 minutes walking. Ideal for those who want to explore the new heart of Athens. Marina Flisvos, Planetarium, New Opera, Nautical museum , New metropolitan park are within 15 minutes walk. Enjoy the warm sea from May to November. Shops restaurants are within 3 min walking. MONTHLY RENT & BILLS: There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling CHECK IN Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00 Check also the video (after photos ) if it is available for this property DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number) OTHER DETAILS: Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
