O quarto e a casa de banho têm aquecimento. Roupa incluída: lençóis, edredão 4 estações, uma manta extra e atoalhados. Estão incluídas no valor da renda a limpeza quizenal das áreas comuns do apartamento e a lavagem quinzenal da roupa de cama e dos atoalhados. Estão incluídas no valor da renda as despesas de água, eletricidade e internet. Pretende-se pessoa organizada, cuidadosa e com atenção à higiene. O ambiente da casa é tranquilo, normalmente sem visitas e reina o silêncio.
