Are pets allowed in this place in New York City?
Yes, pets are welcome in this property. We still recommend telling the owner which pet you have — type, size and number — when you first get in touch, so any house rules about pets can be confirmed in writing before you move in.
Is smoking allowed in this property?
No, this is a non-smoking property. Smoking indoors is not allowed. If this matters to you, raise it with the owner before applying — some owners may allow smoking outdoors or on a balcony, but the indoor rule usually stays firm.
How much is the security deposit?
A security deposit of € 1,000 is required, in addition to the monthly rent of € 6,148. The deposit is held for the duration of the tenancy and returned at the end, minus any agreed deductions for damage. Confirm the exact terms and refund timing with the owner before you pay.
