Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire space. Other Things to Note: Haus' concierge service can coordinate cleanings, private events, and more for guests. We're able to schedule private chefs, excursions, and more -- just ask us when you book and we'll be happy to accommodate your preferences. Utilities for this unit are included in the listed price (wifi, electric, heat, etc). Excessive use of A/C (exceeding $250/mo) will be billed back to guests after move-out. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed on the property.
