Each of the rooms is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves and mirror. The Dülferstr. underground station is just a few minutes' walk away and takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. All shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. The Mira shopping centre is also just a few minutes' walk from the flat. As landlords, we always make sure that the residents fit together to ensure a pleasant and peaceful coexistence. Our rooms are ideal for people who work from the home office thanks to high-speed WLAN. Our rental prices are warm incl. all utilities (electricity, GEZ fees, high-speed WiFi).
