Mein Sohn oder ich sind gelegentlich in der Wohnung, deshalb wird die Wohnung (Bad, Küche) dann mit uns geteilt (als Wohngemeinschaft), jedoch sind wir auch oft geschäftlich unterwegs und Sie hätten dann in dem Fall die Wohnung für sich selbst. Falls wir in der Wohnung wohnen, schlafen wir im Wonzimmer, weshalb dieses dann in der Zeit nicht von Ihnen genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top Lage im Erdgeschoss eines Gebäudes. Besteht aus einem Flur, einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer und zwei Balkonen. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Schallschutzpaneel, einem Schreibtisch, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einem Tisch ausgestattet. WLAN ist selbstverständlich vorhanden. Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer grünen Anlage und ist nur hundert Meter von der U-Bahn-Station und ein paar Schritte von der Bus, Straßenbahn und Taxihaltestelle entfernt. Das Klinikum Bogenhausen, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Kneipen sind etwa dreihundert Meter entfernt. Mit der U-Bahnlinie 4 erreichen Sie den Münchner Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten. Stromkosten sind seperat, können aber rückerstattet werden, falls Ihr Verbrauch weniger ist.
