Upon request, we can provide you with bed linen and towels. Please make an explicit request before arrival. The cost of each single kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €7 a month. The cost of each double kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €10 per month. Payment upon check-in. - Electricity charges are not covered with the rental price. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes. The total cost per Kw of electricity is 0.65 €/kWh, which must be paid at your check-out or monthly if your stay is longer than 1 month. - Gas costs are not covered by the rental price. To calculate your consumption, we will take the gas meter reading together at check-in and check-out.
