A finely furnished two bedroom apartment is available for rent in a 1.400 year old castle which is located 2 hours south of Florence, 2.5 hours north of Rome and 20 minutes from Perugia, the capital of Umbria. The apartment is on the first floor of the West Wing r and it measures 105 square meters. It has a breathtaking view on the underlying valleys and on the main square of Castello Monticelli, a listed building which the Italian Government cosiders a monument of National Interest. On the groud floor there is a large living room with kitchenette and fireplace. The 2 bedrooms and their bathrooms are on the 1st floor. Water, electricity, and gas have to be paid separately every month, while condo fees, Internet, the Smart TV and parking fees are inlcuded in the rent. Our Internet is connection is very good which makes Castello Monticelli interesting also for digital nomads. The minimum stay is 2 months. A car is a must because Castello Monticelli is in the open countryside and the closest city is 20 minutes away. Castello Monticelli has 1 hectar of common gardens, lawns, terraces, parking lots and pool areas. We also have a restaurant and a spa.
