You'll share the bathroom and kitchen with the owner. The room is located in one of the most attractive areas in Malmö, a green, safe and calm location, near the city center, and the room of 12 sqm lies against the courtyard. In the inner courtyard there is room for bicycle and access to laundry room. Near to the City Center,Triangle station, Bus stop in connection with the residence and cycle paths to Centrum, Malmö Central (train station). Close to shopping and shopping mall, Malmö hospital . Grocery stores, post office, cafe`s and pubs nearby, 1 bus stops next to the apartment. 10 min walk to Mobilia shopping mall. Internet and wi-fi included in the rent. For rentals exceeding two months, a security deposit of 550 Euro is required on the move-in day. The deposit will be refunded upon move-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
