This is the ideal base for experiencing Mainz - a great starting point to explore the rest of the city and its many hidden spots: in 2 km you will reach the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz Location, Location, Location!!! • Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz: 12 min (with public transport) • Direct transit with a bus to Mainz Hauptbahnhof: 8min • Bus station: 3 min walking distance • Supermarket (Netto) just in front of the building • BioNTech - 1km Amenities: - WIFI - bedlinen set - towels - fully equipped kitchen - shared washing machine (Each use of the washing machine costs €4.50, and each use of the dryer costs €1.50) **The bathroom design may vary, but the bedroom is identical To schedule your check-in and hand over the keys to your new home, we require the deposit to be received in our bank account. The deposit amounts to two months' rent (or one month's rent for a one-month booking). After completing your booking on the platform, you will receive a booking confirmation containing our bank details for the deposit payment. The deposit must be transferred within 72 hours of booking the apartment via Housing Anywhere. Once we receive the deposit in our bank account, you will receive a follow-up email with check-in details. Please note that international bank transfers may take a few business days, so we strongly recommend initiating the transfer as soon as you receive the confirmation email. 🚨 Important: Check-in will not take place until the deposit has been successfully received in our bank account. Let us know if you have any questions! End cleaning fee of 75€ will be deducted from the deposit by the end of your stay! Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
