Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it’s just a 5-minute walk from metro and train stations, ensuring easy access to Madrid’s main attractions. Please note, as it's on the first floor with street access, some noise may be heard. Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days. It is mandatory to sign a contract after booking and send a document proving the reason for the trip, which must be for work, health, or study purposes (never for tourist purposes). In case of non-compliance, we will cancel the reservation with possible penalties.
