The sleeping area has two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes; one of them also includes a table and chair, ideal for studying or working. The full bathroom has a bathtub. The home has heating, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. In addition, it has a practical storage area at the top of the apartment, accessible via stairs. As for the location, the apartment is located in the Usera district, just a 12-minute walk from the Doce de Octubre train station (line C5) and very close to Pradolongo Park, a large green space perfect for walking or exercising.
