Ideal for up to 7 guests, it features three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with five single beds and a double bed, plus an additional extra bed on request. The fully equipped kitchen provides all essential appliances for a comfortable stay, and the two bathrooms include fresh towels, toiletries, and other necessities. The apartment also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a cleaning kit. Located on the second floor with elevator access (though requiring a short flight of stairs), the apartment is within walking distance of Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, and other major landmarks. While its central location offers convenience, some noise from the busy surroundings may be expected. Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days. It is mandatory to sign a contract after booking and send a document proving the reason for the trip, which must be for work, health, or study purposes (never for tourist purposes). In case of non-compliance, we will cancel the reservation with possible penalties.
