The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat is ideal for 4 people, the main bedroom has a large double bed & an ensuite complete bathroom with shower plate, whereas the other bedroom has another large double bed. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stay over night. The house has an independent american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with three seats and two armchairs and Samsung flat screen TV with HDMI input. There is a ducted heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days.
