It accommodates up to 7 guests with 2 bedrooms (both with double beds), a double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. A standout feature is the games room with a cocktail bar, billiards, and darts. Located in vibrant La Latina, famous for its tapas bars, nightlife, and the Rastro market. Major landmarks like Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía are just 5-8 minutes away. Great public transport connections with direct buses from train and airport stations. Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days. It is mandatory to sign a contract after booking and send a document proving the reason for the trip, which must be for work, health, or study purposes (never for tourist purposes). In case of non-compliance, we will cancel the reservation with possible penalties.
