** This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays. It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. ** This cozy one-bedroom apartment is located on Calle Academia, just a few meters from Parque del Retiro. Upon entering the apartment we enter directly into the living room with open kitchen. This area is spacious and very bright, since it is completely exterior and has large windows that provide great light to the apartment. The living room has a double sofa-bed, an armchair, side table and television. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need, and has a breakfast bar with stools. From the living room we can access the bedroom, which has a 1.50 x 2 m double bed, a dressing room and a complete bathroom en suite with a shower. The bedroom is also very bright, as it has two large windows overlooking the street. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
